Sky Chiefs uses Flight Schedule Pro (FSP), which is an online scheduling and billing system. Through this system, you can schedule all aircraft and instructor time, add funds to your account, and pay invoices. Scheduling is first-come-first-served. Between the two of us, we fly seven (7) days per week, usually 8am – 3pm, weather permitting. However, we strive to train on a schedule that fits your scheduling needs on a case-by-case basis, no guarantees. If you have a specific scheduling, need, please discuss this with your instructor. Required night flights will be coordinated with your instructor.
How Busy are Your Schedules?
Ryan’s schedule fills up quickly, so our advice is to book early and often. A typical lesson requires a two-hour block minimum for the aircraft and the instructor. We do permit longer blocks of up to 3-4 hours, on a case-by-case basis, as safety is our top priority. Longer blocks of time will be needed during the cross-country phase of your training, this will be discussed by your instructor a few lessons before you start cross-country training and solos.
How Often Should I Fly?
This is a question that we get asked a lot. Ideally, if your budget and schedule permit, we recommend that you fly at least twice per week. This allows what you learned to stay fresh and prevents a significant amount of time between lessons due to weather delays, scheduling conflicts, and/or maintenance issues. We do have students that can only fly once per week and they have done well, it just took them slightly longer to complete their training.

Requirements for Reservations
In order to make reservations for training and or aircraft rentals, you must have the following on file with us: (1) Credit or Debit Card, (2) Signed Rental Agreement, (3) Renters Insurance – NO EXCEPTIONS! This information is encrypted and stored securely. Failure to have updated information on file, will cause our system to place and automatic block on your FSP account which will prevent you from making reservations.
How Do I Sign Up for Flight Schedule Pro?
If you are a new user to FSP, click HERE to register for FSP. One of our instructors will need to grant you permission as a user. WE WILL ONLY GRANT PERMISSION TO STUDENTS AND RENTERS THAT WE HAVE APPROVED TO TRAIN WITH OR RENT AIRCRAFT FROM US.
If you are already a registered user, you can click on HERE to access FSP. One of our instructors will need to grant you permission to access the system and add our company to your account.

If you pay by cash or check, for each $1,000.00 you put on your account, you will receive a $50.00 credit on the account.
